Extremely satisfied with Complete Air Solutiins. This is a company that understands the importance of customer service and effectively leverages modern technologies in a professional and modern way to ensure a professional and responsive experience. Their use of email, texts with links, mobile friendly website, and e-receipts made for a seamless process throughout. The technician, Pablo Marte called ahead and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Going forward, Complete Air Solutions is our only choice for all future HVAC needs.

Tony has been servicing our A/C for a few years, even though it was very old, he was never pushy about recommending a replacement, eventually we discussed options and moved ahead to replace the inside and outside units with Trane. Of course the equipment is good and my bill was cut in half, but the real benefit was working with Tony and his crew; Tony made time to answer lots of questions, weigh options, and was careful to explain everything and follow up afterwards to check everything was good. During install his crew was very polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. Since then I recommended Tony to my mother and he did a great job there too, her unit is very old, I expect we'll turn first to Tony for a replacement when the time comes.

Called after hours on Thursday, they came at 8 AM Friday to diagnose the problem. They got the replacement fan motor and installed it later the same day. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend.

The Tech showed up on time and took the time to walk me through the setup of my Nest thermostat. Booked appt through Amazon after purchasing the thermostat. Great pricing and quality work.

Tony, who responded was very thorough and kept me abreast of every thing he was doing. Complete Air Solutions told me that they could work me in, as it was one of the coldest days and nights of the year and my heater was stopped working and that someone would come between 10am and 12noon. And Tony was here to repair my heat pump around 11am. Added this company to my contacts, as they will be my go-to place for my heat pump.

Complete Air Solutions replaced our old unit with a Trane 17 seer unit. the install was completed in just one day. the workmanship was top notch. the crew were experienced tradesmen and their work reflected it. the job site was clean during and spotless after completion. we were completely satisfied with the installation.

I was extremely satisfied. Tony was very professional and made sure I understood everything that I needed and what they would do and the price was good. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing an AC.

Tony was great, arrived on time and fixed the problem, which included re-routing an incorrectly installed drain swich drain pipe, frankly for much less than expected. I will gladly call Tony for future needs.

We began having trouble with the air in May, and had Complete Air make a service call, they added freon. Although no leak had been detected, at the time, air stopped cooling within a few weeks. Our son lives in the home and we live 2 hours South. It was difficult for my husband being so far away. Tony went out to run a full leak detection and determined the unit needed replacing. The internal apparatus had rusted through. He found several issues, particularly in the installation of the unit as well as ineffective yearly maintenance. The 2 1/2 ton package unit was close to 10 years old. We had a couple estimates and felt that Tony's estimate was fair and we felt very comfortable working with him. We are very happy with our decision. He went above and beyond. My husband did go to the property the second day to resolve some issues and Tony was right there with him, guiding him on several decisions. Very helpful and professional. He also saved the life of two small kittens which he found behind the unit. They are now with their mother and doing very well. All in all a five star experience! Highly recommend!

Tony was absolutely fantastic! There was a scheduling mixup but he was very apologetic and really went above and beyond. He had to come back on another day to install a replacement accumulator and was punctual and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any issues and for my yearly AC "tune up".

It went great.  We have vacationers in the home and it was at night.  They went right out and had it cooling.  The guests were very happy and surprised that we could get someone to come out.  Everyone was happy.
