I was really impressed with Castle Roofing Group. Everyone I dealt with was professional and the communication was great. Even their office, which I visited to drop off some paperwork, was very nice. I had quite a bit of wood that had to be replaced which slowed things down some but the crew of 6 was still able to complete the work in 2 days. I have to single out the Project Manager, Edward Echevarria, who was a pleasure to work with. Edward kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and was on-site, during the majority of the project.

Please remember that your home is the single largest investment that your will make in your lifetime and if done correctly each project that you do will add value to your home. After spending 40 plus years doing major upgrades in manufacturing facilities, I have come to expect a high level of professional service from contractors industry and also working on my home. Castle Roofing is one of those contractors I strongly recommend. They took the time to understand what the total project included and made recommended products exceeded my standards. We found some water damage on one of the eves and around the chimney. The owner of the company came over and took care of it right away and at a reasonable price. They did a excellent job at a very reasonable price and did a great job cleaning up.

VERY RESPONSIVE, FAIR QUOTE, BUT HAD FINANCING ISSUES...

The work was completed in two days. The crew worked very hard. Lunch was the only break that I observed. They cleaned up both days.

Castle Roofing was a great contractor to work with. They were very attentive before and during the total reroof. Julio, the supervisor, was on point giving us updates of the entire process and responding to a couple of concerns that we had. If I ever need another roof project done, I will definitely call Castle Roofing.

They did not give any discounts not even as a senior discount but their work was flawless. They were very careful as to no do any unnecessary damage to our plants and bushes.There were some nails left over in my lawn but not a big deal. I'll wait for the first rain to check for any problems/leaks. So far so good. Their supervisor Mr. Julio García was very thorough and diligent to respond all my inquiries. I will recommend them again.

Carlos Fernandez did a great job on the estimate and the workers did an excellent job on the repair. They gave me the best price and did excellent work. I had other estimates from other roofers and these guys were the only ones who knew how to fix the problem at a reasonable price. They did an excellent job.

No response to email called no one answers left a voicemail with no call back. Been three weeks now!

Great job. From Jeff coming out for the estimate, to the crew installing and Miguel with follow-up. Entire process was very professional. Even was able to have them do a repair for a neighbor as they were out to sign off on the inspection. Will not use any other roofer but Castle int the future.

Did a nice job and a good cleanup job. They came out twice to pickup nails that were in the yard.

For anyone who is worried about the process of replacing their roof, Castle roofing group in Apopka  is the best.

The salesperson Jeff was knowledge, helpful and patient to explain all the options and costs.

The actual process of removing and replacing the roof was extremely profession to the point that the owner Reiner stopped by to review the process and was unhappy with defective shingles.. Without hesitation he instructed his crews to remove what they had already installed and start over again with a new batch of shingles. That's quality control. Our thanks to Julio who followed up to ensure our satisfaction.

The work started on the date the owner said it would. All the work was done on time and in a professional manner. All old material was removed from the property when job was finished. The crew was very friendly and professional. They showed up every day on time and worked very hard, more then I would have expected especially in the extreme heat. I was extremely satisfied with the finished product and can not say enough about this company and there owner and employees. I had a minor issue with a gutter, the owner responded immediately to my call and had the repairman there the very next day, and the issue was resolved. I have recommended Castle Roofing Group to several neighbors and they have hired them to replace there storm damaged roofs. I would recommend this contractor without hesitation to anyone looking to have a roof replaced. 

As a result of a hail storm, we had to have our roof replaced. Renier, owner of Castle, assisted us with the color selection of our new roof. He brought out shingles to the house to help us pick the closest match to our existing roof (HOA requirement). He even got on the roof with the samples to lay them out so we could envision how they would look. Scheduling was flexible to meet our needs. The crew doing the job were friendly, fast and took great pride in their work. Our roof, almost 3000 sq. ft., was completed in a little over 2 days (would have been 2 had we not had a lighting/thunder storm one of the days.) Working in over 100 degree heat with only breaks for lunch says a lot about their work ethic. Renier was always available to us by phone and checked on the job regularly. His crew cleaned up when they were finished each day. We only found 1 nail after the job was completed. We love our new roof and would highly recommend Renier, Castle and his men!

Great excellent service found out later was family owned and operated met with few of the family members felt they were totally honest got top rating first county's inspection was preformed only had to come out one time added bonus the roff was completely done in two days and would highly recommend to any one and if you need a verbal recommendations call me 407-415-155????????

I can not say enough. From working alongside an insurance adjuster, choosing the shingles, arranging their work schedule to fit our availability, to the hardworking and pleasant crew ( and we know the temperatures on the roof had to be exceedingly hot in this Florida sun ), Castle Roofing was outstanding.
