The work was fine, the price was high. That was fine. Professionalism is an “A” until something goes wrong.

As soon as he got it in, it broke. It clogged up, I should say. He swore to me that you cannot clog this toilet up, no matter what you stick in it. All I did was just go to the toilet, I flushed and the thing was plugged up. He told me that he guarantees his work for a year. 

He did come out and he did unclog it. I was upset. He said the next time he has to come out, ?this is after he promised me that you cannot plug up this toilet?, but he said the next time he has to come out and it?s plugged up, I will have to pay, now after he just told me that he guarantees his work for a year.

If you buy, a toilet it should cost $150, so I was fed up with my build a toilet. I said to myself, ?I will buy the best one that is available!? That is what I thought I did. It?s a Kohler, which is a very good brand. I paid $650 for it and just as soon as it?s out the door, it plugs up again. I?m just beside myself, I don?t know what?s going on. Before he was sweet as honey and afterwards he got real nasty.  

Mike was prompt, informative, and reasonable. Bowen Plumbing has become my go-to plumbing company.

Not very well! I called for a estimate to simply install the water heater and his estimate started with a $50 trip charge (to go 14 miles) then he estimated in the $400 price range! Several other top rated Plumbers quoted $200 to $250. That's why I will give him a F for price and not call him again!

Mike was awesome, prompt , reliable and he found a tile guy to retile the bathrooms who was equally as good! They scheduled their time to coordinate so we had no wait time and his work was perfect!

At first, thought it was a single leak - he came to assess and schedule, was able to come back within a few days and got that fixed. He noticed that the meter was still running slowly and suspected there was another pinhole leak somewhere. He provided me with leak detector service contacts and I scheduled them to come out. Mike too the extra effort to talk to the leak detector, stopped by while they were at the house...came back next day to fix the leak found which was under water heater. repairs done well and good restoration of concrete that needed jackhammer!

Everything was great. The result is what we wanted, but it was a little pricey.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Mike did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.

We had used Bowen Plumbing several years ago at another house and were very happy with their work so when we realized that we had a pipe leaking under our manufactured home, they were the one to call. Unfortunately this happened on a Friday night and Bowen had no emergency number. Then I happened to be on Angie's list and one review mentioned that Mike had come out on a Sunday night since it was an emergency. So today (Sunday) I left a message on Mike's business phone and received a call back within minutes! Great customer service.

They performed emergency repair on my toilet that was caused by the water supply line which had a leak. We had to shut off the water to the house, there was nothing else I could do with the pipe leaking. When I called him, he was actually on another job, and told me he would be over to do my repair when he finished. He came over about an hour later and repair the leak. He was very professional, completed the job in a reasonable time, and gave me a reasonable price. Even though I can't remember the price, I know I was very pleased.

guy that came out was great. He even talked to the landlord and let him know what to do so that it wouldn't happen again. The guy was no-nonsense. He came in and did his job. He came as an emergency on a Sunday evening. His price was reasonable and he was here for over an hour. I am from Boston and don't know anyone that would only charge $200 an hour. When I buy a house, he will be my plumber.

I called Bowen Plumbing because the water was not hot. Mike came out the same day and replaced both heating elements. At the time, I was very satisfied - the price was okay and the work was done quickly. However, 10 days later, we walked out in the garage and found the water heater leaking all over the floor. This happened to be a Saturday. I called Bowen Plumbing, but they have no service on the weekend. They don't even check their messages until Monday morning (says so right in the recording). How can a plumber not be available for emergencies, since most times when you need a plumber, it tends to be an emergency, which don't always happen during business hours. So, now I had to call another plumber to come out on a Saturday, which is bad enough. The worst part is that new plumber was able to determine quickly that the water heater was quite old rusted out. It needed to be replace. How could MIke have been here 10 days ago, and not known that the unit needed replacing, not just repair? And because I was unable to contact Bowen, I am now out the $210 I paid them, plus the $750 I had to pay for a new water heater. I am not happy, to say the least! I will not use Bowen again, and I will certainly not recommend them.

They came very fast, did the work very fast and the price was fair.

He did an outstanding job and was reasonably priced. He was very responsive, professional and thourough. We would highly recommend him.

He came in and quickly got to work. The toilet would not stop running and I called him around 10:00 a.m. or so about the problem and he came out within 3 - 4 hours. The toilet had a couple of problems and he fixed it all within 15 minutes. Fast, efficient and with 2 parts on the list, the price was excellent! I was very, very happy with his quick and efficient response.
