Big Woody's Fence Inc

It went well until the gate wouldn't close properly a couple of months later. I called and first thing I was told the fence needed maintenance "just like a car." After informing them the fence was only a couple of months old, I was told I would be put on the list. After several weeks and being told that the damage was caused by us, they finally came out. The fix worked for a little while and then didn't close properly again. It was such a hassle to get them to honor their warranty the first time around, my husband decided to fix several faults himself.

I called Big Woody's Fence because my neighbor across the street had a beautiful fence installed a few years ago and it still looks like new. I asked who installed it and he gave me the contact details for Big Woody's Fence. I called them and Bobbie answered the phone and she scheduled a time for the owner Woody to come to my property for an estimate.

Woody showed up on time and provided the estimate. I hired them. They worked with me in terms of timing so that I could have landscaping completed first. Once the landscaping was completed they scheduled the work.

Larry and his crew install the fencing and they showed up on time every time they were at the house. They walked the fence line with me and we reviewed the lot boundaries. I have a very large property with a very difficult shaped lot to fence and they confirmed everything that was agreed.

Larry and the guys working at my house were very professional and cleaned up any debris every day. The project was completed in less than 3 days. I was there about half of the time. However, I didn't have to be - they had it handled.

The gates all work well and Larry walked through the completed job to ensure that I was happy with everything that they did. Also, Woody stopped by in the last hour to walk the job and see the results as well.

The fencing and gates all look fabulous. To my surprise the yard actually looks bigger! My dogs are so happy to have a fenced yard. The guys even posted my and quot;Beware of Dogand quot; signs for me. I give them an all around A. They did a great job and they're sure nice people to work with.

We contacted they about the fence. they scheduled an appointment which they kept. He was on time and very professional. We asked them to wait till the next billing cycle which they did. They came out when they said they would. Did a great job. The fence looks wonderful. We are very happy with the job Big and quot;Woodand quot; y s did.

I showed up after they had been there for a few hours. I measured one of the sides and it was 2 feet short. I asked about it, and they first seemed puzzled but agreed to fix it. I was not happy with that. Had I not measured, it would have resulted in having to tear down and start all over again. When they finished, they were 6 feet short. They had to go back to the manufacturer, resulting in more wait time to finish. They said they will be back today to complete it. I had already waited 8 weeks from the original order and have delayed moving in because I needed the fence to be complete because I have 6 dogs. They were friendly throughout and willing to make it right, however it still bothers me that their measurements were so wrong. The quality of the product and the price were both excellent.

They were very prompt and good. They did solid, quality work. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

I have no complaints with the price of the fence/gate. All of the employees I dealt with seemed nice enough. They were on time for appointments and the fence was completed on time. The problem is the design, construction, and installation of the gate. The builder/installer must have had experience installing fences, but none with gates. The owner was less than helpful, made no attempt to correct the problem, and blamed me for "misusing" the gate- all this without ever viewing the finished product. He also said he would sue me if I sent a complaint to the BBB, which I did. To this day he has not seen the gate in question. Based on my experience with the owner, I would not use Big Woody's Fence or recommend them to anyone.

THEY REPLACED 184 FEET OF BOARD ON BOARD FENCE. THEY CAME BACK AND DID 2 MINOR ADJUSTMENTS. THE FENCE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND IS WELL MADE. INSTALLATION WAS PUNCTUAL AND WELL DONE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS COOL I DIDN'T NOW THAT THE JOB OF PUTTING UP A FENCE WOULD TAKE THAT LONG BUT I HAD FUN WATCHING IT. BECAUSE IF IT WASN'T FOR THEM MY FENCE WOULDN'T BE UP.
