No communication. The chairs were droped off at the business on Saturday, to be finished in a week. Not done on Saturday "will be done next week", Not done etc. etc. After 6 weeks I go and find owner there and load my chairs, he says"if you leave them I'll do them this week". We got a call on Wed. and picked them up. He was told I had more work in near future, but with this kind of service I'll try to find someone else. In such a poor economy customer service should, atleast, be a consideration, poor choices are costly.
Description of Work: Removed paint from 4 antique chairs. Less than 1/2 day job, took 7 weeks.
