American Granite Factory

It's called American Granite and American Cabinets. I think it was about $1400 for the granite.

Price was on par with home depot about $50 dollars cheaper. Had a much lower quote from another place a few miles away but was worried because their reviews stated they didn't take care of little things after the service. So i went with American Granite Factory so I wouldn't have to deal with any issues later. After installation, which went well, I hooked up the sink and turned it on and all the water didn't drain so I checked it with a level and it was off they didn't use the sink clips that came with the sink they used 2x4s. So I had to cut the screws with an oscillating tool and adjust it. Also sink was not caulked all the way around and the sealer they use is terrible. I wish I had saved the $500 and went with the cheaper quote.

Where do I begin? I now have the most beautiful countertops I have ever seen! Cassandra and Doc worked closely with me from the beginning. I told them what I was looking for and what my budget would allow, and, and they helped me find the perfect slab from which to cut my counters. Ed came and did the physical template and I was able to go down that same day to specify what area certain natural variations of the stone would be placed. It was cut and laid in only 1 week! The guys who laid it were so professional and knowledgable (and unbelievably patient with my neverending questions). I had a small hiccup with my stove, and they took it in stride, doing what they had to do to make it work. The end product is fabulous. Believe it or not, they were able to make my kitchen counters with no seams! I cannot describe in words what a pleasure this company is to work with. If you need natural stone work, do yourself a favor and visit the American Granite Factory. You will be so glad you did!

We recently purchased a new inventory home which had granite in the kitchen, but Formica counters in the three bathrooms. We first visited Lowes to get an estimate for the granite replacement for the three bathroom vanities, but although their staff was friendly, after an hour they were still unable to provide us an actual estimate to complete even one countertop due to issues with their computer not having our granite selection provided as an option, although it was in stock.
We then discovered American Granite Factory simply from driving by it. We stopped on a Saturday morning and they had a great selection of granite in stock… We picked what we liked and they were able to provide an estimate for all three countertops, including new sinks and installation, within 15 minutes. I met them at the house on the following Monday so they could take exact measurements and within a week the installation took place. Although we worked most closely with Cassandra and Dave, the entire staff was customer-oriented and professional. They were extremely neat, and when they were done with the installations they even vacuumed each bathroom! We were fortunate to have located this company and would recommend them highly to others who are in need of granite installation.

They did a very good job. The quality of the granite was excellent. I picked it out in person at their shop. The installers were very good. They measured my kitchen and when they came back the granite fit perfectly. They were able to do it with only one seam, which is almost unnoticeable. Everyone that comes over compliments me on my granite--it is the highlight of the entire kitchen and living room in my house. They gave me the undermount sink for free. I thought they were reasonably priced, honest, and they met my expectations.
