Alexander Electrical Services, Inc.

Victor Suarez arrived promptly as expected on July 3rd, and was very congenial, creating a very good positive first impression. I was very satisfied with his inspection, and he appeared very knowledgeable of electrical inspection procedures as far as I could tell. The inspection went smoothly with no major issues to resolve, and I think the entire process took about 30-40 minutes. When the inspection was completed I wrote him a check for $300 and requested a report certification of his inspection findings. He said he would forward everything to Bill Varney as he was the one requesting the electrical inspection. I thought this kind of odd as he did not subcontract trough Bill and I paid him directly. I was also surprised that no receipt of any kind on a company letterhead was provided. I made sure I had Victor’s card as I had no paperwork whatsoever that he ever did any electrical inspection. Over the course of more than three weeks and I still had no documented response from Victor, just vague promises that “he’s getting to it.” despite repeated emails and phone calls. My contractor, Bill Varney, also had no luck in getting Victor to respond. Upon further investigation I discovered Victor works for and owns Alexander Electrical Services, Inc. As Victor is the owner of this, his own company, I feel it appropriate to file this report under Alexander Electrical Services, Inc. Victor appears to be a very capable individual, but his follow through is atrocious, and I did not get his report until 7-31-12, almost a month later. In terms of his skill level Victor is fine, but I would withhold payment until full documentation is provided should you decide to use his services. I’m hoping that some of his lack of follow up is due to a learning curve of time allocation in starting up his own enterprise, I wish him well.
