We were looking to replace our 26 year old straight cool system in our condo and called Tim at Advanced Climate Control for an estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional. He discussed the pros and cons of both heat pump and a straight cool system with us as well as asking us what temperature we like to keep our home at (not just using square footage to determine tonage). He gave us prices for both the heat pump and straight cool systems and let us make our own decision (no high pressure sale). We chose to stick with the straight cool system and haven't had a regret. Our electic, water and sewer are all billed together and our bill went from $300 a month down to $175 in the middle of the summer! I would strongly recommend Advanced Climate control because of great work, great price and great customer service!
