We can't sing this guy's praises enough. There just didn't seem to be anything he could not do. And he also does deep cleaning. We loved him. His knowledge of construction is unbelievable. Pleasant and more than reasonable in price. He's going to replace the roof next. Talking to a few neighbors, it is very apparent that there are many, many professionals that ARE raping the old people in sun city center financially. One neighbor had a stopped up sink and the plumber that came out told her [in her late 80s] that she needed a whole house redo for $4000. She said she did not have the money and that the plumbing was copper and should not need all that. She proceeded to pour baking soda and boiling water down the drain and within a few minutes--- swoosh. I thank God that we found Armando Vazquez.
