I called Grimebusters for an estimate and Peter came out promptly as scheduled.  Normally we get at least two estimates before we hire anyone, but we were so impressed with his professionalism and his work proposal that we decided another estimate was not necessary.  We scheduled an appointment and Peter arrived on time with the right equipment and chemicals to properly and safely complete the entire job in one day.  We had three different surfaces to be cleaned and each one looked amazing when he was finished.  It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and we will definitely hire Grimebusters in the future.

Peter came when he said he would and gave me an estimate based on what I had asked for and what he noticed needed to be done.  (Things I had never thought of before)  I agreed to the estimate and we agreed on a date.  I was to be gone that morning but arranged to have the gate to the backyard ready for him.  He got to my house before I left and started the work.  At one point I came home, saw the work was being done very professionally and went ahead and paid him even though he would not be able to finish before I had to leave again.  I have never left anyone working on my home or paid them before they were finished.  Peter and his son are that trustworthy and I was correct to leave them to it!  My house looked as though it was just painted, due to his recommendation that we do the roof edge and soffits.  I have had the basic work done by several different companies but this is, by far the BEST ever!  I will not keep looking for someone to do my job.  I will just call Peter from now on.

I met with Peter, who gave me an estimate, scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks in advance.
Daniel ( Peter's son), was very professional, punctual and prepared. He did a great job with the pressure cleaning. He was thorough.I wanted him to address some rust spots on the driveway and he did his best to get rid of them.
No complaints. would recommend them and use them again.

Grimebusters exceeded our expectations in every way They were very prompt, professional and thorough in their work. They responded quickly to our request for service and arrived when scheduled. They explained what they were going to do and followed through. Our roof has never looked so good. I can honestly say that this was the best job of pressure cleaning we have experienced. They only use water to clean the roof and then apply the Mildcide treatment. to let it soak into the tiles. In the past other companies have used strong chlorine solutions to pressure wash and it ended up killing our plants around the house. In fact I usually drag my feet about cleaning the roof since I thought harm to my plants was inevitable. I see that cleaning with water takes much longer but it is certainly a better way for me! Grimebusters also did a wonderful job cleaning the patio. They went beyond their scope and even cleaned adjacent areas. I will certainly be calling them again when we need pressure cleaning.

The day it was scheduled, it rained. They called and rescheduled the next day, and showed up bright and early. Very professional, did a great job.

Grimebusters truly lives up to their name. I had a driveway and pool cage which needed a little bit of TLC after not being pressure washed for several years. There was dirt and grime build up on both surfaces. Peter and Alison were extremely professional from the beginning. They came out and completed a through estimate, scheduled the work, and exceeded my expectations when I came home to see the final project. My husband could not believe that the pool cage could look so great as he was sure it would have to be painted.
I would strongly recommend Grimebusters to anyone looking for pressure washing services.

The son of the company owner came in at the appointed time in his van, rang the doorbell, introduced himself asked what needed to be done to ensure it agreed with this paperwork and then proceded to set up his equipment. He started with the far end of the house sidewalks and then moved around until everything was done. The driveway and sidewalks have not look that clean in years. When he was done with the pressure washing, he rang the doorbell and we concluded our business transactions. I paid him and he went on his merry way.

Peter with Grimebusters was very professional.  He arrived when scheduled and pressure washed our driveway pavers, sidewalk to the house, street gutter and front sidewalk all for $150. It all looks BRAND NEW and I'm extremely pleased!!  I highly recommend Grimebusters for any pressure cleaning job!!

Peter was excellent on phone.  Scheduled in 1 week.  His son Daniel showed up performed the service.

I called Grimebusters  and waited specifically for them to call me back as I was very impressed with their reviews on Angie's List.  Peter returned my call and took the information with regards to the Property.  He went out and assessed the job and gave me a detailed estimate for both the work I requested and some additional work he thought would help the appearance of the house.  I was very impressed with the breakdown and was happy he told me to ask our tenants to remove some of the outdoor furniture as I would have completely forgotten to do that.  I spoke with him one more time before work was to proceed as I was concerned that perhaps the pressure washer may affect the paint on the house. He assured me that if he noticed any peeling issue, he would stop and let me know immediately. On July 18, 2013, Grimbusters came out to the house and proceeded to remove a large amount of buildup that had accumulated over the past year on the pool pavers as we have large overhanging oak trees that cause this to be a continuous issue.  They also cleaned the screens and cleaned out the gutters.  There was an additional charge for the gutter clean out as neither of us had any idea that they were as clogged as they were.  Peter was more than fair with the additional charge and I think the entire job took longer and ended up being more time consuming than originally anticipated.  He called to let me know the charge and then sent me before and after pictures of the house along with the adjusted invoice.  I was very grateful and impressed that he took the time to take both before and after pictures.  I received a call from our tenants who had just returned home from a few days away and she was very complimentary of the work that was done and was very grateful to come home to such a beautiful home thanks to Grimebusters. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

I called and they said they could come the same day about 2:00, they got here at 1:40!!  Patrick came to the door, introduced himself, asked which way he should go to the back and they were off and working!!  The pool cage sparkles!!  I am thrilled!!  I will definitely call them next time.   A+ all the way!!!

The whole experience was extremely positive beginning with the scheduling. Peter called to inform us of the date, time and person to do the work along with the cost. Very easy to deal with. Daniel showed up on time and got right to work. The pool cage and screens were thoroughly cleaned with the proper solution to prevent mildew and buildup. The pool deck (kool deck) was thoroughly cleaned as well. Daniel moved the potted plants, grill and patio furniture to make sure all areas were cleaned, and properly returned everything to it original place. A great job overall! A+

I have been away from my house for over a year and when it rained, as it usually does around here, water would just run right over the gutters down all over the house.
I called Grime Busters after attempting to get someone to come out, and everyone was a week or two out, after an initial inspection by Peter with a estimate in hand, they showed up ON TIME and within a hour had my complete job done!!
 
I was surprised at the cost, because other estimate were 3 times higher and I was alittle leary about this service, but they performed above and beyond and I will be calling them back in the future and would reccommend them to anyone for a quality job at a decent price!!

Excellent service!  I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this business.  Peter did the estimate and work and was on time, communicated well, and he performed outstanding service.  In this day and age, it's rare to find a conscientious company that strives to earn the respect of it's customers, but this one does.  Thank you for great service!

Peter is your guy - you cannot go wrong with contracting with him.  His work is SUPERB.
Our backyard fence was in dire need of a good cleaning... it had been a few years since we had cleaned it ourselves.  Peter was recommended to us, and we were smart to follow up on it.
Peter gave a very reasonable estimate, and showed up at the appointed time to do the work.  It took him some hours to get this job done, but the fence is beautiful!
We will have Peter back to clean the backyard terrace stones - a small job he will fit in within the next few weeks.  He was sorry he didn't have the time to do it while there for the fence, but it was an afterthought on my part.... I should have set that up with him so he could have worked it in.

Peter arrived on time and proceeded to clean all of the gutters necessary for our needs. He also made sure all of the downspouts were completely free of debris.  He did a complete cleanup afterwards.  It was an entirely satisfactory experience which is what I had expected.  We have used Grimebusters in the past to clean our driveway and sidewalks in front of our house so I knew what to expect.  Talk about friendly service with a smile and at a fair price.  Can't say enough about how much they care about the quality of the work they do.  I have before and will continue to refer Grimebusters.  It's a great company!
