We contacted Dolphin Realty and our Realtor, Joe Dougherty, when we were interested in viewing an REO townhouse in Apollo Beach which we eventually decided to purchase. An REO is inherently difficult to purchase in the first place and this deal was even more difficult. Joe was with us from the very beginning to the very end and bent over backwards to help us in every step of
the way. The odds were against us to be able to close on this property in 45 days, but with Joe?s help, it happened! We gladly recommend Joe Dougherty and the staff at Dolphin Realty to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Apollo Beach area!
