The female technician arrived extremely flustered. She was in a hurry. I have had my truck unlocked several times, and told her how to do it. She used the wrong tools and severely scratched the paint on both passenger and drivers sides of each door. After I noticed the damage she was extremely rude. I took my truck to a repair shop, sent the bill to "Courtesy" Lock and Key, and was told that my truck was "old and not worth fixing". These folks are the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, rude, and not caring of a customer's property, avoid them at all costs. I also have all of their text messages saved and pictures of my truck.

Responded the same afternoon, had everything needed to do the job right away.

When I made the office aware that their competitors were giving a 10% Angie's List discount they agreed to match that discount. Scott responded within 2 hours of my call and was very professional. He took time to patiently answer my questions.

Just bought new house so I wanted to rekey all the entrance locks and add security locks (pins to the sliding glass doors). Contacted Courtesy Locksmiths in Apollo Beach and they said they could be there at 3:30 pm. They arrived promptly at 3:30 and began working. Took about an hour to rekey 3 locks and put the pins in both sets of patio doors. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt that I got good service and value for the money.
