Getting in touch with Mike was the best decision I could've made. He was very helpful and explanatory over the phone, and very flexible about coming by with Henry, his dog, at a time that worked for me. He showed up on time and explained the process to me - first he lets Henry roam a bit to get acclimated to the area, then he puts a leash on him and Henry gets to work. Henry easily found the problem - my room. With that ascertained, I obviously had to get an exterminator. Mike was amazing with laying out my options and recommendations.
