Noel Glattli Plumbing

Without a hitch. Noel and Mike arrived as scheduled and took care of the problem. They were both professional and courteous and willing to answer questions. Worked straight through and resolved the problem. They were also very good about cleaning up the debris caused by the work. Will definitely call Noel for all future plumbing needs.

Fixed the pull knob to turn shower on. Quick, efficient and working properly. Have used glattli plumbing for many years and always been happy with their honest and reliable service.

Noel and Bill arrived as scheduled. They encountered several obstacles along the way and handled each very efficiently. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I'm completely satisfied with the work performed and would recommend to all of my friends. The price included nearly $200 worth of supplies of which I could not have purchased for less at Lowes or Home Depot. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

It went very well.  I called for estimate and he came out the next day.  Gave me an estimate same day and I accepted it.  We set a date for the work..  He was here on time.  Work was accomplished in less time than estimated, and it was done the way I wanted it done.  The work area was cleaned up and he left things in excellent shape.
BTW I had called for other estimates and one just gave me a price over the phone without coming on site.  A second came and said he could not physically do it the way I wanted and the estimate was over twice what Mr. Glatti asked.
It has been two months since it was done and all is working very well.

My experience went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional while visiting. The pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

Noel had repair  parts that would replace parts of 28 year old fittings, this saved a good amount of money as the block and stucco walls did not have to be opened to do a replacement of the original hose bibs.

Opening  the walls would have also required block and stucco replacement and then painting the areas to match. Noel and his helper had the knowledge, the correct tools, and the correct parts on his truck , they were in and out in  an hour, cleaned up after they finished. It  does not get any better than that  when it comes to service work and repairs.

.He made the repair and stayed around while we checked the rest of the plumbing. He was there for at least 2 hours but only charged for 1and a half hours. We were  pleased with his work and happy with his price. Very nice guy.

I called Mr. Glattli on January 2, 2013 and left a voicemail at 10am. He returned my call at 3pm. He asked what I needed taken care of and we set an appointment for the next day at 10am. Mr. Glattli and his helper, Bill, arrived right on time. With no time wasted, I took him to the kitchen sink and went over the four things I needed fixed or where concerned about.
Bill made a few trips to the van procurring the necessary tools needed as Mr. Glattli got to work. He started in replacing the corroded pipe. Then did the new shut off valves as Bill raced outside to shut off the water supply. A torch was applied to loosen the old valves free. The replacement went off quite smoothly, of course. This guy really knows what he's doing!!
The leaky faucet was next with an inspection of my spritzer hose that was found to be in good shape.
Both guys are professional and quite efficient. I wish I'd known about them last year when I needed a new water heater installed.
Mr. Glattli is my type of guy. Laid back, low key and totally professional! I heartily recommend and will use him from now on!

We are very satisfied with the service we recieved. Mr. Glattli, was prompt,in returning our phone call to set up a time to give us a quote,for a bath tub install. We "shopped" quotes from several companies.Mr. Glattli was not only reasonable, he was the most professional,in how he handled the entire quote and work process. Once we agreed that he was the one to do the work, he scheduled work quickly (couple of days). He gave us a courtsey call the morning of the work appointment. Arriving on time, the work was performed professionally and effeicently. Even though a small problem caused it to take a little longer to complete than he anticipated, he held true to his original quote. The install is beautiful! Don't hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs. Professional, awesome, great customer service!!

Noel and Bill arrived at my house and we discussed what I would like done.  I explained that I wanted to replace the sink and faucet and add a filtration cartridge to the cold water line.  I also had a leak and was unable to use my ice maker and I asked Noel it he could also fix that.   I left and went back to work but my daughter stayed at the house.  She called me later and said that Noel wanted to know if I wanted the ice maker to also go through the filtration system.  I told him that would be wonderful I had not even thought about that part. He did an excellent job and everything was neat and clean and functioned perfectly.  I will definately use them again.

He arrived promptly.  Very courteous, professional service.  Listened carefully to my description of the problem, then went to work snaking out the main septic line outside and unclogged the line. Price was $63 an hour, included the AngiesList coupon for 10% off they offered  :)

I called Mr. Glattli's office number and left a message stating that it was not an emergency, and explained what needed to be done. He tried to return my call that evening, but we were not at home. First thing the next morning Mr. Glattli called again, explained his pricing and made arrangements to come the following morning.
He arrived on time with a helper, and they had all three problems corrected within an hour. While they were there, they observed two things that could become problems in the future. They took time after they were done to explain why they could become problems, gave me solutions, and gave me approximate quotes in the event the problems do arise.
I feel that Noel Glattli Plumbing had very reasonable prices, and they were very competent. I will definitely call them for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.

He is very efficient, timely and gets the job done quickly. The price is also very reasonable. We've used him 4 times now not only on our home but my Dad's home and our rental property. He doesn't mind getting into small places or whatever it takes to get the job done. He is very good and fair.

The hot and cold water valves in the tub had been leaking for quite sometime (about 8 to 10 months) and we knew it was costing us money in electricity. The faucet on the front of our house had not been used for close to 20 years, and the faucet on the back of the house was constantly leaking, cause we couldn't get it to shut off completely.

I found Noel's service on Angie's List and contacted him. His info on the List stated "free estimates". I asked him about that and he said yes, he does give free estimates. (there was another company I contacted, but they wanted $50 just to come out and assess the problems and THEN they would charge $150 @ hour, from the time they left their shop!) So I asked Noel to come and give us a price, which he did, and he did the job for just UNDER his estimate!

Noel was on time, but I had not arrived at home from work by the time we had agreed on previously. He left his card on my door, so I called him and he was happy to come back. I asked him if he would, to work on the bath tub valves first, in the event he had another job. He was very courteous and did not mind that I made that request. He did the work in just about an hours time, give or take a few minutes. I would recommend Noel to anyone needing plumbing work!l Another reason I chose Noel is that he is licensed by the State of Florida, is insured, and offers guarantees on his work.

We have been pleased with Noel's service for several years, but today we called with an emergency.  He was here within an hour, and took care of the problem right away!
My husband was mowing and hit the outside faucet. (Don't ask.)  Fountains! Puddles!  We didn't even know how to turn off the water to the house, so we first called the city for that information (they dispatched a worker for us), then called Noel.  He had to dig a small hole and he replaced the broken pvc pipe.  He was able to turn the water back on, and probably could have turned it off, too, but the city worker arrived first and saved us some rapidly flowing $$$.  Looks great, works great!
