DEAN JONES LANDSCAPING

I would give a zero start rating if it was available. Dean Jones Landscaping repeatedly did the absolute minimum work they could do and their service became far worse over time. They are only concerned in getting "in and out" of your property as fast as possible, in lieu of actually providing a quality job and doing what you're paying them to do. For whatever reason, they are extremely short staffed and this shows in the quality of their work. I had to constantly remind them what I was paying them do, which included the basic services that anyone paying $190.00/month would expect. They trimmed hedges unevenly, as they were too lazy to bring a ladder to reach the top of the hedge, They never raked a single inch of my lawn and walked right passed weeds and other items that obviously needed attention. In the off season, they did not cut the lawn and only performed minor edging work. They continued to charge me full $190.00/month rate for those off periods when they performed nearly zero work. When I approached them on their lack of effort or complete service, they made ridiculous excuses that only insulted me even more. When I approached Dean today to advise him of his lack of complete service and my dissatisfaction, he replied with a "thank you, we will no longer be servicing your property". As expected, rather than stepping up and actually doing what I was paying him to do, he took the easy road and cancelled by service. I would not recommend Dean Jones under ANY circumstances and look forward to contracting a service that does not look to get away with doing the absolute minimum.

They have a large crew and are very professional. Their prices are a little high but their work quality is excellent. They always clean up after themselves when they are done. They automatically do anything that needs to be done without charging extra.

DEAN IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE TALKED TO SEVERAL LANDSCAPERS, BUT WHAT WE LIKED ABOUT DEAN WAS THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ON GOING RELATIONSHIP. WE ARE NOT DONE WITH THE YARD, AND SINCE WE SEE DEAN ONCE A WEEK, WE CAN TALK WITH HIM ABOUT IDEAS AND MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT WHAT TO DO NEXT WHEN WE'RE READY. WE RECEIVE COMPLIMENTS ON OUR YARD ALL THE TIME. IF WE ARE OUT, WE EVEN HAVE PEOPLE STOP TO COMMENT ON HOW NICE IT LOOKS. DEAN IS RESPONSIBLE, CREATIVE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
