Sidekick Services / Jency Emo

You recommendation for Plumbing services left a lot to e desired. 'Side kick Services' / Jency Emo must be new or not vetted well. The business owner, Ms. Emo seems to have little control over her employees. Johnny, the so called 'Plumber', was timely in his service call. He was not able to diagnose the problem cause. When Property owner asked for description of work performed & materials installed, Ms. Emo was unable to provide record. When company owner asked for 'technician' Johnny to call Property owner, to explain / list details for business and insurance purposes, this also fell on deaf ears. (Incidentlly, Johnny is NOT a licensed plumber). Sidekick Services then commenced a campaign of harassing e-mail & texts blasts. Property owner repeated request for required information. To date, it has not been provided. Sounds like Jency Emo's 'Sidekick Services' of SW Florida is experiencing a 'rough patch' . I would pass on Sidekick Services in the near future...
