Extreme Temp AC & Heating

There was an infomercial on TV for a company in town and they said that they would come out and they would check the quality of the air in your house and make sure all your vents were clean and do all these kinds of stuff. They came in and they found everything wrong with everything and they were going to charge about $7,000.00 to redo everything but we called Randy up and he did the whole thing for about $700.00. It taught me that all that in TV was a free estimate to come in and evaluate and it ended up just only being an opportunity for them to come in and overcharge and put the fear in you that you need to replace everything and Randy is just really honest. Randy will come in and he can do what they do but he doesn't put a huge price statement. We're in contract with him so he comes out and inspect things a couple of times per year and charges a flat fee for that and we know what it's going to be and it hasn't gone up in the last 3 years. He has had to replace something for us but he gave us a very good price on it. I believe it when he says we need the part or we need something. I believe that he doesn't just charge you a lot of stuff and try to make extra money off of people.
