I highly recommend this roofing company! My newly constructed Lanai roof (Feb) unfortunately came with various leaks after the original roofer finished. After many attempts to repair and resolve, I was thankfully referred to Robert. His contractors were very professional, hardworking and successfully resolved all my leak problems. To include a serious leak coming down through my ceiling fan and light! And after two days of hard rain this week (July 30), I didn’t have any leaks! Strongly encouraged that my leak problems are gone. Can’t thank these guys enough! Needed to share this positive effort and result! 👍

OK. Price seemed high, but I have little expertise or data to judge from. Seemed higher than rumored prices for what others had done. Owner was very busy during the fall, and it took some effort to get answers and schedules. Once we set a specific time, however, workers were right on time, and completed promptly.

The roofing job went extremely well. Robert, Grant, and their team members were very nice, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very hard-working. They began the re-roofing when they said they would, and worked long days every weekday and even some Saturdays to complete the job on time. All of the work was performed to code or exceeded code. The roofers were careful to protect our plants and property and cleaned up after themselves when they finished the job. Any time I had questions then Robert and/or Grant responded very quickly. The new roof is absolutely beautiful - even nicer than we expected it to be! It withstood the force of Hurricane Irma and kept our house safe and dry.

They were very good and honest. they followed up with recommendations. We just did not have the money at the time. but plan to have them come back and do some preventative maintenance.

I knew that I had some broken tiles that needed to be repaired. I had two estimates before Robert came to my house. Both estimates I had prior to Robert had recommended extensive repairs be done to the roof. Robert took a more conservative approach, suggesting that we repair what was clearly broken, and then keep an eye on the roof for possible future repairs. This approach was much appreciated, as the other companies wanted to do extensive and expensive repairs, which Robert felt could be monitored.

They were polite and prompt, we were very satisfied.

From day #1 Robert Kettelle and his crew showed up as promised and completed all work to our satisfaction and on time.  His estimate was fair and accurate and his workers were courteous and efficient.  The crew cleaned up after all work done, each day.  The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe.  Most impressive is that we feel we could have done business with this roofing contractor with a handshake - something we still can do in central New Hampshire, but certainly have been warned away from in Florida.  Mr. Kettelle is an ethical contractor and we recommend him highly for any roofing work.

We no longer have any leaks but it took him several tries to get the work done. He kept at and stood behind his work and we finally don't have any leaks in our home. Overall, I'm satisfied.

If you are looking for a responsible, competent, and professional roofing company, look no further than Robert Kettelle. I had several leaks during the rainy season which needed immediate attention. Although Robert Kettelle Roofing had a lead time of 4 weeks, because of the serious nature of my problems, they started my job within a few days of estimate. They arrived on time with a crew of 5 workers. They worked as a team for several days and hardly took any breaks. They value hard work and were proud to complete the job to my satisfaction. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day with a final clean up at the end. Roof repair and/or new roofs are an extremely important decision for all homeowners. Make sure you get more than one quote and include Kettelle Roofing in your search. Some roofers didn't even go into my attic for their analysis, and missed several problems that couldn't be seen from the outside. Some diagnosed my leaks incorrectly and as a result would have worked on areas that weren't leaking, and missed some that were. Robert's crew does all aspects of the job themselves, whereas other companies may bring in subs, requiring you to get additional quotes. Make sure you understand the details of all your quotes. Robert is an honest owner of a company that has a great reputation for a long period of time. Call him!

Robert was quick to return our calls, he came out personally to assess the damage and provided a very reasonable quote by the next morning. Initially, it was suggested they could do the repair over 2 days, but we would need to wait approximately 1.5 weeks. We were facing Hurricane Matthew with a damaged roof. Robert set aside his schedule to send 2 crews who did ALL the repairs in 7 hours - finishing 10 minutes before the rain began. We thoroughly recommend this company! They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and respectful to your home/property. A+

Not being Angie's List members at the time, we first went with a roofing company recommended by a board member in our community. They did a messy job of NOT solving our problem. A few weeks later we did use Angie's List and chose Robert Kettelle. Robert assessed the situation and made a complete and specific proposal. We accepted. He then did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and for precisely the estimated cost. His crew was responsive, competent and efficient. They finished just about all the job in one day, an important consideration since we were still in "rainy season," leaving only a few minor details that they took care of the next day. They also tested to see if the leaking ares had been thoroughly fixed. They cleaned up after themselves and did no harm to our landscaping. I only wish we had used them initially.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The tech (Grant) was very knowledgeable and respectful of senior living there. He even help with a small issue the senior had and could not do himself.

I have been having issues with critters getting in my attic and had a guy come and do some trapping and sealing to get rid of the issue. He noticed the pipe where my electrical service enters my roof was leaning over and there was a hole through my roof. I called Robert and he said he was booked out at least four weeks but after I explained the emergency situation he said he could have someone out later that day to inspect it. A couple guys showed up right when he said they would and determined I had dry rot in the plywood and they would have to come back to repair it correctly. They did patch it with tar before they left for some temporary protection. They came back two days later exactly when they said they would and did the permanent repair. One of the guys even showed me photos of the damage before and then the after photos showing the repair. The shingles were almost a perfect match and you can't even tell a repair had been made. I will definitely be a future customer for any repairs and a new roof when needed.
