I had a problem with my well motor cycling too fast which I was
convinced was the backflow unit at the bottom of the well. I called
Allen's and they came the same day with advance notice as to the time of
the call. The technician was very good and he diagnosed a "waterlogged"
system which he corrected in less than half an hour. He easily could
have taken advantage of me and sold me an expensive service I did not
need. I was very pleased with the service and the cost. I was referred
to him by the former home owner who also had a good experience with
them. I highly recommend them and was thrilled to find an honest plumber.

They were very accommodating with the scheduling. They actually called to see if it would be okay if they came a day early. They called in advance to confirm the appointment. The gentleman answered all the questions I had. He was very polite to deal with. The administrative staff was also excellent to work with.
