Very dissatisfied. Originally told the other rear drum pads were installed backwards and when they bled the system it was still not holding pressure. Diagnosed the master cylinder was leaking between compartments and needed replaced. Replaced the master cylinder and the pressure held until they test drove the vehicle. Determined the new master cylinder was bad out of the box. Installed second new master cylinder and said the system was holding 50%. I was then told I needed to replace both rear wheel cylinders. When drove the vehicle home the brake pedal is just as spongy (very unsafe to drive) and there is noticeable noise in the rear end. I showed back-up the next morning first thing. Dealt directly with Steve. He has indicated the brake design for the car is poor and difficult to work with. The calipers have a cavity that is difficult to get the air out of. He indicated the brake lines all have good pressure now, but the pedal is still spongy in my opinion. He wants us to drive it for a few days and offered to look at it more if we are not happy.

They are always a good provider to use. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price was very good. Everything else about them was excellent. I would use their services in the future too.

The AC was no longer cooling in my car and the service light was on. The first day Zych's notified me that the AC had a leak in the coolent and the rear brakes needed to be replaced. Jim Zych explained to me on a diagram what part of the brake was damage and how it had leaked fluid and caused other problems. The brakes were replaced and dye was put into the AC system when it was recharged. Jim also explained to me the front brakes were going to needed to be taken care of soon, but I had about 3 more months until it was really needed. I was to bring the car back when the AC stopped cooling again. A few weeks later I took the car back in and they fixed the leak.

Zych's has been in the same location for many years and has a large following of loyal customers. That is because they are an honest company. Combine that with professional service and value and you have a winning combination.
