Walter arrived the next day, on time, and set up plastic covers for the areas requiring work so that no furniture would be affected.  
He filled in the various square and rectangular shaped holes and applied plaster around it.  
He did such an OUTSTANDING job that I couldn't tell where the holes had been, even before painting.  I was so impressed. 
He took down the plastic and cleaned up the floor.  After 24 hours, the plaster dried and he came back to do the textured painting of the entire ceiling so that it would look uniform. (Most of the other contractors planned to paint only around the holes.)
It looks fantastic! I am one happy customer.
