This was the best home renovation project I've ever done! Ron Anderson, the owner, is amazing. He has a wonderful eye for design, and really helped me decide what projects to do, and how they should look. He recommended reliable suppliers and he shopped with me many times to select materials, and assisted with purchases. He offered designs and listened to my ideas. He gave guidance and feedback when my choices were off base, and he was a wonderful sounding board for makings the selections. He provided the subcontractors needed to do the work, all of whom he'd worked with in the past so they were known to be A+ rated craftsmen. Ron managed the construction schedule, getting the right people to the job site at the right time to minimize delays and keep costs down. He is very cost conscious, and he helped me to save money by scheduling work in the optimal sequence, and knowing where I could buy supplies from home improvement store or order from the internet, without risk of getting a lower grade product. Ron resolved issues when they came up, as they always do during construction projects, and he kept me happy throughout the project (my husband would say that keeping me happy is a tall order). Overall I couldn't be happier with Ron Anderson and Uniquely Design. He is a gifted designer and superb project manager.
