 + -1 moreTERRIBLE, THEY WILL NOT RENT A TRAILER TO ANYONE OWNING A FORD EXPLORER !!!!!! INSTEAD OF USING MY NEWER LOW MILEAGE 2007 FORD EXPLORER I HAD TO USE OUR 2002 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE WITH CLOSE TO 100,000 MILES.

 + -1 moreI liked the ease of picking up and dropping off the vehicle and the friendliness of staff. I have never ever in my entire life had such an easy experience picking up or dropping off a vehicle and I rent vehicles a few times a week for work. Everything is automatic, I was in and out in 5 minutes, and I just can't praise them enough.
Description of Work: I used U-Haul Moving & Storage for a vehicle rental.
