What I care about most in a contractor was there, fast & responsive, fair and informative, and finaly got the job done in record time.

Rocco was responsive, offered good advice on maintenance and did a great job overall. He also cleaned up properly after the service was completed.

BEST AC COMPANY EVER! Rocco called ahead of time and let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and he thoroughly reviewed the AC unit. In the end, he found that it just needed a reset after testing the pressure and keeping the unit on for a while. He didn't charge me anything other than the diagnostic fee. I'm not used to this sort of professionalism and honesty from an AC company. He didn't try to upsell me at all. As a matter of fact, he provided some amazing tips on how to extend the life of my 20 year old air conditioner such as installing a float switch and cleaning the system out every few months. I was so worried that I'd be purchasing a new ac system this time and I paid next to nothing for fantastic advice and great customer service. I was so impressed that I asked for some business cards to hand out to friends that need assistance with their AC. This will absolutely be my "go to" company for any future air conditioning problems.

I went through several HVAC companies since I moved into my house but eventually dropped them because of sub-par performance/mis-diagnoses of my AC problems (one of my units is a bit of a lemon). However I could not be happier with Tradepro's performance. They quickly and correctly identified the issue with my unit (it's been running fine ever since), they are always out to my house within 24 hours or less and all of they're technicians have been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their pricing is always fair and they take pains to explain the costs and minimize them whenever possible. I *highly* recommend this company.
