On time, figured out the smell was coming from a leak in the toilet gasket connection. Fixed the problem and also cleared a couple of semi clogged drains. Great work- I will definitely call Tito again if I need a plumber.

It went great:   They discovered it was a City issue.  They then directed me on how to get my monies back from the city for the service.  I called and got a refund from the city.

We didnt have a kitchen sink available for 2 evenings.  We tried fixing the clog ourselves, but couldnt accomplish it.  We broke down and finally called a plumber.  Had this company's number from a family member as the company did work for Perkins.  We called that morning at 7am... they were at my house by 8:30 am.  I told him briefly all that we had done in an effort to fix our problem, and he instantly knew what to do.  He ended up having to clear the clog thru our roof pipe vent.  He was very quick about it.  The clog was gone!!!  He was very friendly, had great stories to tell, and even gave me tips on appliances in my garage as he walked by them and saw things that he thought I should know to maintain these items so I dont have future problems with these.  He gave me a few more tips on maintaining my kitchen sink and disposal too.  I will most CERTAINLY use this company again!!!  I might not even bother trying to fix it myself!!
Also... other companies quoted me $220.00 and up without even knowing the situation of the kitchen sink clog or what we had already tried.   Tito's was by far the most affordable!!!  A++++!!!

I decided to call Tito's on the recommendation of a friend of a friend.  I needed to have a leaking toilet replaced as well as a sink, faucet assembly and shower head.   I spoke with the owner on the phone and he seemed happy to discuss my specific needs and how best to meet them at the most affordable fee.  He even assured me that the drips from the tub faucet was probably not a serious problem since it  eventually stopped when all the water drained out of the shower head.   He told me it would take about 2 days for the toilet to come in and we made an appointment for the following week.  I was to provide my own sink, faucet and shower head which they would install.

On the appointed day, Alberto and his cousin ( sorry, I don't remember his name) called to advise me they were on their way, and they arrived right on time.  They were neatly dressed, courteous and professional.   They went to work right away, sucked the remaining water out of the old toilet, removed it, prepared the area for the new one and installed it in about an hour.  I had placed a sheet of plastic on the floor to protect the carpet and tile from drips and they were careful to keep it in place as they walked in and out of the house.

After the toilet was installed they took care of the sink, faucet and shower.  The entire job took about 2 1/2 hours.  Even though it was hot in that bathroom they did not complain and told me it was unnecessary to turn up the A/C.  When they were finished everything looked and worked great.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and took away all the old fixtures including the boxes and wrappings.  Wow!  I was impressed.

I was especially pleased with the toilet which proved to be a top-of-the-line appliance; much nicer than I would have been able to buy at Lowe's or Home Depot for the same price, and the seat was included.  The new toilet entirely covered the spot where the old one had been and the grouting was neat, clean and professional.

In summary, I was very well satisfied with the service I received from Tito's Pipe and Drain and would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to a friend (whom I wanted to remain a friend).
