BUYER BEWARE! If you are looking to install hurricane shutters, be vigilant when dealing with this company. A family member of mine was looking to protect her home by the installation of hurricane shutters for four openings. Permits were requested so that a state-certified inspector could verify the installation and product meet the FL building codes, and a record could be kept to show the increased value to the home. This company was deceitful from beginning to end, including their interaction with the local building department. In short, this company was attempting to pass off decorative shutters as hurricane protection. If you intend to protect your home with hurricane shutters, INSIST on a permit so that the product and installation is inspected by a qualified individual. They were professional and very knowledgeable I get many compliments on my shutters!!

The delivery and installation timeline took longer than expected, however, the installation team was very knowledgeable and experienced. They were very courteous, professional, and made sure everything was installed beautifully. I continue to receive compliments from everyone about my shutters!

Everything went quite well. Only one miscommunication caused one day delay in installation but no impact. The quality of shutters are just as expected and installer was very experienced and it did not take too long. He cleaned up the work area, too.  Friendly also.

Now I feel more comfotable because there is no flapping of vertical blinds. The rooms look neater as well.

They were very good. We had an interior decorator that recommended them. The quality of the shutters was very good. They were able to match the color and crown molding. I felt like that we had the whole package and they were able to pick the right product for us. They gave me an itemized list of how much it cost per window. It was nice to see which windows I could cut out pricewise. The price was in the ball park of others we looked at but the quality was better. The insulation was flawless. Good quality work. The product was not made in China.

We recently got shutters installed by superior custom shutters and were very happy with the quality. They just look amazing in our new place. Excellent people too!!

It was excellent quality and service. The workmanship was very good and they were clean as well. They were a little on the expensive side, but it was worth the money.
