- 1. The Architect was not familiar with the city of Winter Park building code, which then required the plans
- to be changed/modified at my expense.
- Was expecting the Architect to be more informed with the City building code.
- 2. The plans provided to the city for our variance request needed to be clarified multiple times with myself
- and the City. occurring additional charges.
- 3. Overall communication with the Architect was difficult at best.
