SONNY'S APPLIANCE & MATTRESS

I went into Sonny's appliance without checking them out on Angies list. I have passed the store numerous times and I was looking to buy a washing machine from a mom and pop store rather than a big box store like Home Depot.  I walked in and was immediately at home with the guys.  All 3 generations were there and a new puppy.  Really nice, helpful and they knew what they were talking about unlike the salespeople at Home Depot.  They gave me a printout of the washer I was interested in and I went to another appliance store.  The washers there were smaller and more expensive, then the guy showed me the same washer in 2 different locations on his sales floor thinking it was a different one because the price was different.  That turned me off.  I went home and researched the washer from Sonny's and I saw it for less at Home Depot but they couldn't deliver until the following week.  I needed it ASAP.  So I went back to Sonny's the next day and he matched the price including the delivery charges and delivered the next day. Turns out the family lived around the corner from me and grew up in New York like I did. The 3rd generation delivered the washer, installed and took the old one away.  Very polite and professional. The whole experience was stress free and easy. 
I would go back to them for any other appliance.
