Description of Work: Wow, what a great experience. They were professional on the phone and took time to explain the entire process and estimate the costs. They were right on time and completed my job within 30 minutes, including demonstrating the shredder to me before they started. This was quick and easy and I can't recommend Shredder Experts highly enough.

 + -1 moreI took my boxes to their office. Quote was fine, and I was able to watch my items from the time they were loaded until they were shredded. That was important to me since I can be a little paranoid about identity theft and these were student records with lots of information. There is one thing I didn't really like, but it wouldn't stop me from using them again. The use a strip shredder. A couple years ago when I first purged records I used a company that used cross shredding and thats what I normal use in my office and at home. Most security folks will tell you cross shredding is better. However, from the stack of shredded bundles waiting this company does a lot of business, so I don't see any real reason not to trust their security.
Description of Work: Shred school records I had to get rid of.

 + -1 moreIt only took a few minutes. They helped me bring the boxes in from my car. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what I was charged and their directions to the store were easy. I will use them again. I am not sure of the exact date this service was performed but it was mid 2013.

 + -1 moreContacted Shredder Experts to verify they we open (after all its the holiday season). Drove over to their facility with 4 large kitchen bags full of documents. They helped me unload the bags (each was about 60 lbs). And quickly rung me up charging for 4 banker boxes (they could of easily charged for 6 or more based upon the weigh).

 + -1 moreThey take them to their site on Douglas Avenue to shred, then you are sent a Certificate of Destruction which is at the bottom of the invoice. I was a bit apprehensive about not actually witnessing the shredding myself, as we have done before, but their ratings were so good, we took a chance, and we will call them again when it is time to shred. We were using a service that we have called over the years, and they shred onsite, but they were bought out by another company, and the last two times I called, the girl who answered was so unfriendly, I wasn't about to schedule them to come again. I will definitely call Shredder Experts again.
Description of Work: We hired Shredder Experts for the first time, and they took 15 plastic bins of ours to shred. All of the bins were fully loaded.

Description of Work: I recently cleaned out old paper files from 10 years back and ended up with a box or more of confidential files that I needed to have destroyed. I knew the amount would take me several hours and probably burn out my home shredder. I checked around for a local company that would do a small job and Shredder Experts just happened to be in my neighborhood. I spoke with the owner and he quoted me a guestimate for documents which seemed economical. I brought my boxes by and they helped my carry them in. The person I spoke with on the phone kept with the estimate and they immediately took my documents to their shredder, while I watched through a glass window and in minutes the documents were finished. What I like was their professional service speed and they treated me as if I a regular customer with a much larger account. I know people find themselves in this situation often and I recommend Shredder Experts. I also found out that they are strong supporters of other local businesses in the area and I like that in my local neighborhood.
