There is one thing I didn't really like, but it wouldn't stop me from using them again. The use a strip shredder. A couple years ago when I first purged records I used a company that used cross shredding and thats what I normal use in my office and at home. Most security folks will tell you cross shredding is better. However, from the stack of shredded bundles waiting this company does a lot of business, so I don't see any real reason not to trust their security.
