Appliance Repair
Arrived two weeks later and the initial technician did not remember the issue. After replacing the switch (which I did not witness) he demonstrated the use of the wrinkle mode but it did not work. When I questioned him on this his understanding of english became difficult for us to continue to communicate. Have since re-engaged Whirlpool to request resolution and made it clear that Short Stop will not be acceptable as the sub contractor. Whirlpool has promised to find another local vendor to address the issue.
