Description of Work: To be clear, this is the Servpro that does business as Class Services as well. Not representative of any other business using Servpro name. Packout of house went fine. Pack in not so hot. Refused to schedule packing back in til they had shaken down insurance company for every last penny. Then came after me for balance. Many items broken or lost. Had no interest in repair or replacement of any of it. A lot of misrepresentation. (Polite way of saying lied) horrible experience. I should have done more research before selecting them.
