We had new granite countertops put in the bathroom. In order to put new backsplash, we needed our 2 large mirrors removed. I called Seminole Glass and asked how much it would be to get the mirrors removed and then put them back after the job is done. I was told $150 over the phone. The guys came in right away the same day, and took the mirrors off without breaking them within 10 minutes. After that he gave me an invoice for $150, and told me that I misunderstood, and it s going to be extra $150 to put them back! Plus he is giving me a great rate to put them back, because I misunderstood the price initially. I think $150 for 10 minute work, is completely ridiculous. Unfortunately the price was given to me over the phone, and not on paper. They were not willing to negotiate at all, and wanted $150 for a 10 minute job. We fortunately were able to find another company to replace the mirrors at a much more reasonable price that was a pleasure to deal with in contrast to this company.
