After the initial clean, I noticed my sliding glass doors were not even touched (I have young kids and a dog so they were covered in fingerprints and doggy nose prints) and I was finding dust in many places in my home. I accidentally wrote the check for the wrong amount (135.00 instead of 150.00 - I was confusing the initial clean cost with another company I had used) but since I wasn't happy with the clean, the owner just called it even. He promised that the poor service would absolutely not happen again. Two weeks later, after the second clean by the same team, I started inspecting and found that the toilets were still dirty and there was a ton of dog hair still behind all my furniture. AND the dust I had complained about the previous time was STILL THERE (I left it on purpose). Frustrated, I emailed pictures to the owner and he promptly apologized and said the team had been reprimanded. He also offered (as per their company policy) to send a different team to reclean. I replied accepting his offer but told him I would not continue with the company. Since that email I have emailed him a few more times but have not gotten one reply. I'm assuming that once he found out I would no longer be a customer, his policy of recleaning went out the window. So I basically paid for a FULL clean of my home and still had to go back and do it myself. Twice.
