Description of Work: Delivered couch. Went great.

Description of Work: We purchased a bedroom set and a living room set. The bedroom set, no problem so far. The living room set was a sofa, 2 side chairs, 1 end table, 1 coffee table. On delivery, which was terrible, the end table and coffee table arrived un assembled. The delivery men refused to assemble them, saying it was in the sales contract as "partial" customer assembly, which we were NOT informed of at the time of the sale. In fact assembly was total, as every piece had to be assembled. The delivery men tore the tags off the chairs and sofa and threw them on the ground outside in my lawn. What interesting is the way Rooms to Go has you sign the sales contract. There is a digital signature pad to collect your signature, you are not offered an opportunity to review the sales contract and the sales person was not up front about the customer assembly. The 2 side chairs had to have legs attached, but the delivery men did a very poor job and the legs wobble. All in all, the furniture is satisfactory, but the delivery stunk. We are disappointed that the salesman was not up front about the delivery. We paid cash, almost $4000, which included a $195 delivery fee, we expected a delivery of fully assembled furniture. For the cost, lack of assembly, poor assembly of the 2 chairs, and poor attitude of the delivery people, we would not use Rooms to Go again.
