RLD Outdoors

I recently moved into a new house and needed a complete gutting of the landscaping... it was overgrown, not maintained, and not cute. I found RLD Outdoors at the Sweetwater Oaks Garden Fair, and on a whim gave them my name for an estimate. I am SO glad I did. Within 2 days, Rob (the owner) called me and set up a day to give me an estimate. He arrived early for the estimate, took his time learning of my needs with the yard, and gave me some ideas about what i could do with it.  The price he quoted for the clean out was beyond fair, especially given how much of a mess the planters were. He said he'd look at his schedule and try to get me in the next week. 
Sure enough, he called me 2 days prior to the service date to confirm and gave me a time that i could expect his team to show up. I work from home so it is critical that I know when service providers might show up so i can plan my day/work around it. Again he showed up about 10 minutes early (which is great in my book). 
They cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job removing the existing plants from the planter. They even mowed my front lawn and blew the sidewalk/road in front of my house, which i didn't expect them to do. How nice was that?!?  After I paid, i received an email invoice/receipt, which i've never received from any landscaping company - very professional. 
I have never had such an amazing experience with a landscape professional. I will totally use RLD again and I highly recommend them. If you want a company with good communication, prompt service, and excellent customer service skills, you have to go with RLD Outdoors.
