They were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time and finished the job when they said they would be finished. We were very happy with the results the customer service is also amazing. They answer the phone when called and are helpful. I would definitely use them again

Michael was our installer. We are very pleased with his work. He was meticulous, attention to detail, made sure everything was perfect. He went the extra mile for us on several occasions. He obviously takes great pride in the work that he does. We are also pleased with ReBath in general. Everything that we ordered was an excellent condition and good quality.

This did not go well. This was the most annoying experience we had with a contractor. I will never use them again and I would NOT recommend them. I can only speak to my experience, which was horrible. My comments and dissatisfaction is across the board but especially with the installation tech Dan that truly botched this job (remodel small guest bathroom) and added additional stress to me and my husband. This saga began on August 23, 2017 and just finished October 16, 2017. When Dan left on August 25, 2017 it was like a newbie had done the job. The floor tile was laid unbelievably, first he went vertical (which is the way I wanted it) and then he went in a horizontal angle for no reason! I was appalled to say the least. On one wall in the shower the tiling looked like an amateur did it, you could see calking and gaps that looked horrible. There was a replacement of the mirror, toilet paper holder and towel rack. Where the old ones were he didn't spackle some areas and the ones he did he just put the spackling on and didn't sand it down smooth. All my finished work was supposed to be chrome and he installed a brushed nickel vanity light. To top it off he installed the light in the middle of the wall, not over the vanity/mirror as it should have been. How in the world could he not see that it looked horrible! I was embarrassed that guests saw this work (I have attached some pictures). This was not inexpensive and we felt we did not get our money's worth of a professional job that is promised by such a reputable company. To have to come out and redo this work was an infringement on our time and I am sure the company's time and expense. To think we were going to consider getting our master bathroom done! I am glad we refrained from that until we saw the finished product of the guest bathroom. So, we had to call to get a good portion of the work redone (floor retiled, shower wall replaced, retexturing and sanding of wall, correct vanity light and reinstallation), which was unnecessary had Dan done the job correctly. They did not come out until October 9, 2017 to redo the work. I called the supervisor Josh to ensure that we both had the same checklist of what was to be done before the installer came. The installer came out and did the work but did not have the chrome vanity lights as was referenced to Josh on our phone call. I had a picture on the wall and the installer laid a soldering tool on it and destroyed the frame! So I called Josh again and informed about the light and the picture and he apologized and stated that the installer would be back on Friday October 13, 2017 to install the vanity light and place it properly over the vanity/mirror. So my husband took off work to be there. Well needless to say no call and no show. I called Josh on that Monday and he stated he would come himself and do the work. We brought another picture, and texted him the receipt and we was reimbursed. This has been so frustrating but yet when they wanted to get the deposit and balance we were held to a standard of paying on time. Our mistake was that we should not have given them the balance on August 25th, because when they get paid they don’t give a dam. We gave the balance because on the second day that Dan was there I called Brian and informed him that it was not going well and Dan was making some major mistakes. Brian assured us to let him finish as Dan would correct some of the items that were concerning us (and we also had a dinner party planned for that Saturday) and assured us that they would make everything right. Well Dan did not make any corrections, only botched it up more. Brian the salesman did not once call back to see if things were resolved, he was the one that sold this service and should have been checking in every so often until completion. Ms. Friendly the Office Manager was very accommodating and handled my concerns in a timely manner. We feel they owe us some compensation. We just want to be done with this company once and for all and hope we don’t have to call them for anything further.

From the first phone call to the final visit everything was handled professionally. They were punctual when the came for the estimate and to complete the job. They were very neat and cleaned up their area when finished.

The first installer came on August 5, 2015, to install acrylic in shower, tub and new faucets in shower and tub. He was punctual, professional and did an excellent job and finished on  August 7, 2015. He took measurements for the shower glass doors and said it would take five days for the shower glass to be installed which should have been August 14, 2015, for the glass installation.
I started calling on August 17, 2015, and I was told the glass was not in. Finally, after several calls the glass installer came on August 20, 2015, to complete the job. Unfortunately, he installed the shower glass track so that it was not aligned properly. He had to order another piece of glass which took another week. On August 27, 2015, he came back and corrected his error and the final result looked good. He was professional and worked to get right, however I feel that Re-Bath, dropped the ball on this project. I was without use of my shower and tub for twenty days, which is a long time. Also, an installer has a tape measure and a leveling tool to work with and should get it right the first time. There are only a couple of companies who do this type of work, so I would use them again, but I would have to really spend more time watching them as they work and approve each step before they move on to the next. Usually, I let people do their thing, because I assume they don't need supervision, and no one wants somebody watching every move they make, but unfortunately, sometimes thast what you may have to do so the job is done right the first time and you are not inconvenienced. In the end, it turned out nice and they do have a good selection of colors and textures to select form if you are not getting traditional tile and grout.

Mike and Kurtis are great!  Trustworthy ( we only stayed home from work on Monday to work out a plan for rest of week since we work full time), we left a door open for Mike and each evening he made sure everything was locked up!
Mike did all the work by himself, and Kurtis came back to re-install a shower head that was ordered too short.  They really follow up!!  Will use them again.

They did an excellent job!  They were professional and did the job on time as they promised.  Also about a year later when we had some minor issues with the caulking they sent someone out right away to fix the issue and didn't charge us for it.  I am thinking about hiring them for my next remodeling project.  I would highly recommend this company to others.

We are very pleased with the end result.    The majority of the work was done in one week, but at the end of that week, because of a change made by the cabinet builder, the countertops did not fit.   It was 10 days before they came back to install the countertops and a few small finishing touches (mirrors, towel bars).    They were extremely accommodating in insuring the accessibility features worked for my husband...carefully measuring his wheelchair height to ensure the bench height and clearance under the sink would work for him.    The quality of the work was excellent - the lead contractor that did the work was very concerned with making sure everything was done extremely well - even if it meant another trip to the home improvement store for him to get more supplies or staying late on the job.   He come talk to me about any issues or concerns he encountered and explained what he was doing and why - answering any question I had.

They arrived on time on both occasions and everything was completed in one day.  They removed all of the trash from both jobs.  The workers were very professional and did their work quickly.

They provided an excellent product as promised.  Matched another companies lower price.

The salesman (Dave, also the owner) was great. He showed us our options, gave us a fair price, and let it be. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. The crew always arrived on time and worked until they were done. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and took all of the trash with them. They did the job in the allotted time and were friendly and professional. The new bathroom is beautiful!

Job took an extra day because one of the panels had a flaw in the design. When I mentioned the problem they ordered a new panel and replaced it in just two days. Workmanship was very good. Very satisfied with result.

Work was done well. But could of used another hand to help out. Worker was not too happy about doing job on his own. Two days work. Was late for each day. Way late on one of the days. Did clean up after completion. Was very curtious and well mannered. Not worth the Dollar amount we paid.

The entire project took two days longer than initially anticipated but we are thrilled with the results. Our house is 25 years old and with having to relocate pipes they ran into problems from the original builder. The two men that completed the work were extremely professional. They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves every day. They never took it upon themselves to do any and quot;work aroundsand quot; but consulted with us throughout the day to make sure every item was completed the way we wanted. We would definitely use this provider again.

Fernando removed the old bathtub and prepped the area to put in the new walk-in tub. It took the better part of the 1st day for this. He also unloaded the Walk-in Tub and made all the connections for hoses for the 2 massage systems. Since their usual electrician wasn't available that day, another company had been dispatched. Because my electric panel had been discontinued, this electrical company said they wouldn't be able to obtain a new breaker for the panel and would have to run a line from the Main to the panel. Fernando called the office and talked to the owner who immediately located another electrical company to send out that would be willing to find the needed breaker and complete the installation. When the new electricians arrived, they immediately set out to determine what type of breaker they would need to look for and also started the wiring for the tub's heater and jets.
The next morning Fernando returned with a helper to move the Walk-in Tub from the garage through the house and into the bathroom. Even though the one corner was tight, they knew just how to maneuver it without damaging any of the walls. The electrician arrived with the needed breaker and completed the wiring. When Fernando was finished, he showed my Mom and me how everything worked...how the tub fills and the Minute Drain, the in-line heater for the dual system massages, how to adjust the jets, the self-cleaning Ozone Sanitary system...and if we should have any questions on anything at all, we were to call the office and they would be happy to answer any questions. The brochure that came with the tub also had very good information. Safety Tub is a great product and Re-bath of Mid-Florida made my Mom very happy! And you know when Mom's happy...everyone is happy!

They were great, cleaned up after themselves. They finished on time. Even sent me 2 monogrammed towels as a thank you, which I thought was great! They sent someone out and explained it all to me, and I was not at all unhappy with it.

They did an excellent job. I had a problem months later and they came right back to fix.

They did very well.

We had choices of whatever coverings we wanted for the finish and the nobs. I like everything about their service. They were neat. They covered everything. They were wonderful. Billy Hasting and Mel who did the work were wonderful.

The place was very easy to get in touch with and to schedule the work. They did show up on time and finished everything besides the glass door in one day. The glass shower door did not arrive in time. That was not their fault though. The bath tub and shower are looks great. This company is a franchise.
