This company installed a granite counter top the glue that was use after six months turn yellow, black and moldy and granite has crooked in more then one area. Call the company several times, after the six call one of the employee call me back to inform that there nothing they could because that was wear and tear after I inform her that I was still under warranty she then said that she will me back, another threes pass and have to call again at that time she inform me that they are going to charge me $150.00. I then ask her what are they going to do for $150.00 it’s been one month and I still have not heard from them. Absolutely terrible service. I will not recommend my worst enemy to this company.

I would never recommend them to anyone! They gave us a price, had me sign an agreement-they lowered the price from there original price, if I would agree to the price that day.... than they had someone come out to our home and create a temple for the granite and the price drastically increased. I quickly knew this was not going to go well. Glad I cut my losses too start with.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We used them to put in flooring in our school in Apopka. They did a very poor job installing by not putting the floor fully up against the walls so over time they have slipped apart and been peeled / ripped up through use. If they were installed correctly and held in place there likely would have been no issue. Not only that, but this all happened under the warranty period and they refuse to come out and even look at the poor job that they have done to potentially replace the product. A truly APPALLING display of customer service. I would encourage everyone to avoid using these services regardless of the price.

Problem resolution disappointing. I will start by saying the experience along the way was excellent. The ladies in the show room, the people consulting with me, the people coming to my house, all very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this outstanding service and treatment CEASED the second I gave them the final check. I have a few minor problems that I have reported thoroughly, repeatedly and have been almost completely ignored. I have sent multiple emails, texts with photos and even visited in person over the past six weeks and have yet to have problem resolution or any communication indicating progress. One issue was a cabinet was too large, another issue was the workers used 8 tubes of my personal caulk I had purchased for painting work, several areas of grout had voids and needed to be refilled and the cuts around my curved fireplace were not of the quality you'd expect from a professional (huge gaps, not cut to match the curve of the brick. They also overcharged me on the amount to be demo'ed and haven't replied when questioned. I have always said no company or service is perfect, in the end, it is how they respond to concerns from the consumer, and this company has failed miserably.

We didn't really believe the price when we saw it as it was half the price of granite counter tops in Home Depot and Lowes.
We went to the store, it has a reasonable size granite slab yard with about 75 different types.  Some were on the advertised price of $24.99 per sq ft installed and others were more expensive.  The range at the base price was reasonable though.  The price included a choice of 6 basic edges.
We chose one at the base price,  expected it to come about half an inch thick instead of the usual one inch and we were wrong.
They took 50% upfront and 50% on installation.  They came to measure the template next day and it was 10 days before they could fabricate and install it.
The two guys who came to install were excellent.  We had slightly uneven walls and they did all the necessary work to make it fit.  They cut out for the cook top onsite but the sink was cut at the shop.  After installing they caulked everything and cleaned up and polished the granite.
When you see a super low price it is usually some cut rate service, but these guys really delivered on quality and service.
Very happy with the outcome.
