Andre was one of 5 contractors offering bids. His first bid did not include a lot of detail. I narrowed down my choice of equipment and asked three contractors to price the identical installation. Andre was to low bidder and just one of two who followed up with me to make sure I understood the deal. I gave him to contract. He made an appointment to install and showed up on time. When he left the job, there everything was spotless and the system was working. There was a small problem with the inspection, but Andre fixed the problem that day. The inspection passed the next day. The system works well. I'm waiting tosee my first power bill since the installation. I'm certain it will be lower.

This was in a rental property so I was not there much, but they completed the work in less than a day, left the home
as clean as it was when they went in.
Andre was great to work with. I will definately use him again.

Andre is a super hard worker and his prices are a great deal. We had a few quotes for a totally new A/C unit last year and his quote was the cheapest. He was on time and completed the work promptly. He has also done some minor repair work for A/C units at other properties of ours and those experiences also had great prices and excellent service. I'd recommend Andre to anybody.

Andre and his worker were very professional, competent, and prompt. They arrived quickly to do the free estimate, came on time to do the install, were happy to answer all my questions, treated me with respect (I am female and this was a refreshing change from some other HVAC people), worked fast and had the entire system up and running in an afternoon and early evening. I am delighted.
New system is operating very well. I highly recommend Precision Air and Heating and Andre Aprcovic. I checked references before choosing, in addition to these on Angie's List and all the glowing praise I heard from men who Andre and his workers have installed systems for were exactly right.
He is honest and very reasonable - I saved over $1000. Andre has a business degree, positive outlook and excellent workmanship from he and his worker. Full service state certified, licensed air conditioning contractor.

Had numerous estimates from 6 other very qualifed licensed contractors from Angies list, and a few others who were not on Angies list. When I called Precision air and heat I spoke with Andre who has a Easrtern European accent and was hard for me to understand at first but I asked the question is he going to be working on the job himself. Main reason I was asking this question is I was receivng quotes from companys sending out there service techs / salesman. After having listend to 7 others and getting various opions on what needed to be done and how it was to be done I was wiling to listen to what Andre had to say because he was going to do the work not just quote it and have someone else come in and do it. He arrived right on time for the apointment and I must admit I had a hard time at first trying to understand what he was saying because of his accent. Thankfully the job I have I get to speak and lisen to all diferent types of people from around the United States so I quickly adapted to what he was explaining to me. He was right in line with the other companies when it came to wanting me to update to a split system instead of going to install a new heating and ac unit like the one I had which was an all in one package. For the little difference in money I was getting a higher rated seer system and easier to repair with a better all around waranty. One major difference besides the price was his insistence that my air handler could not be installed in my attic / crawl space because it would not pass inspection and if I insisted on it then the air handler would not be the one that would match up with the outside unit and I would loose performance. I called the city inspection department and he was correct. Once I decided to go with Precision air and heat He and another mecanich and electrician arrived at 5pm in the evening on the requested start date that we wanted and worked to 10 pm for 1 night and then just he and the mechanic from 5 to 10pm on the 2nd night and on the 3rd evening he and the mechanic from 5 to 8 pm. He did this to accomodate my and my wifes work schedule. He made certain that I understood what he was doing and he was neat and very professional and he wanted no up front money and no payment until it passed inspection. My wife wanted to go with another company that was more money because she had some doubt because he was this reasonable and she had a hard time understanding Andre. I had previously for a number of years worked on construction and I wild gladly take a company where the owner is there working along side with his help.

They replaced the whole unit for about $4200, when I had received quotes for $6000. They showed up on time and they came back when I had an issue with the thermostat. They have also fixed the heater in one of my rental properties. I will use them again in the future.
