Kanden was very friendly and knowledgeable.  We were originally scheduled for him to come out on Saturday afternoon but they had warned me that they were quite busy.  As the day got later Kanden called me several times to update me with his timing and finally we decided to have him come on Sunday afternoon.  He called me to let me know what time he would arrive.   He was quick and prompt and offered us a few options to save us money.  He didn't mind our dog who was curious as to what he was doing.  I would definitely use them again.

They were really good. It was very good, we had lost the automatic opener to the car and he came out and did it. He made the keys right there. I was going to be charged like 600 dollars at the dealer. He reprogrammed the car and set the codes.

They installed a decorative door handle for a front door and adjusted the locking mechanism that was tough to lock

I am not sure if this is the exact Pop-A-Lock that responded to my residence since I called the 800 number. They were very quick to respond and got me into the house without any damage.

Locked myself out of my condo. Called Pop-A-Lock in Altamonte Springs; they said they could have someone there to pick the lock withing 30 minutes, for $50. The locksmith arrived in less than 30 minutes, was professional and friendly, and got the door open within about 10 minutes. No damage to my lock or door, as promised. I had to show evidence that I am indeed the owner - that's professional, and it may be the law, I don't know for sure. Good service and price. Would use them again or recommend.

The first call was to the Pop a Lock customer service was great the lady informed me someone out in the field would call. She referred me to Rafeal who quickly called and was out and changed the locks in less than an hour.

They were very quick; I had to get to work so they put me on their priority list. The price was reasonable. I had to get some new car keys made but the overall experience was great.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, AND THEY WERE THERE REALLY QUICKLY. I EXPECTED IT TO COST A LOT MORE THAN THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS. HE WAS THERE SO QUICK, IT TOOK ME LONGER TO FIND THE NUMBER AND CALL HIM THAN IT DID FOR HIM TO GET THERE.
