We have been providing exceptional customer service and custom built pools and spas with over two decades of specialized pool building and design experience. Here at Paradise Pools by Design, we are the next generation luxury pool builder. We strive to stay on the cutting edge of technology for "greener," more efficient pools, while providing you the newest design innovations. Before we even break ground, we go as far as walking you through your own backyard and letting you swim in your personally designed 3D virtual pool. From our first meeting with Wes Holland and Ryan Holland, to the completion of our pool and continued service of the pool, our experience has been outstanding! We had been wanting a pool for years and have met with many different pool builders over the years. We felt like Wes really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and worked within our budget to make it happen. The pool turned out better than we could have imagined! Every person that worked on our pool was professional, hard working, friendly and enjoyed doing their job. Ryan Holland was at my house at least three times a week making sure everything was going as planned. We added a rock waterfall and rock coping around the entire pool and spa area. The contractors that worked on the rock were very detailed oriented and again seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Any time I had a question or concern, Wes or Ryan were readily available and it was addressed immediately. They even sent the representative from the paver company to our house to help us make the decision for the pavers. She helped us pick beautiful pavers to go with the pool, which complemented the rock coping perfectly. The men who installed the pavers took their time, were so precise with the cutting and installing the pavers around the coping, they did amazing work. The pool was completed in a timely manner and we feel that we received a lot for our money, especially compared to some of the other quotes we received. I highly recommend Paradise Pools by Design. Every time I look outside my backyard, it puts a smile on my face!

Owner Ryan Holland was absolutely great to work with. His concern and care for his customers was evident during the entire repair process. The crew that was sent to my home consisted of Brett (Crew Leader), James, and Jorge. They were all extremely professional, conscientious and quality work and great customer service. This company was able to turn a really bad situation into a positive experience. It is really wonderful to see that there are companies that still show great concern for their customers. Work was completed on schedule and in accordance to the price given.

I highly recommend this company.
