Josh came out and did diagnostics on all of our electronics that were damaged by a lightning strike.  He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.  He was on time and provided the documentation we needed for our insurance company.  They are not cheap tho - $125/hr, but worth it.

Additionally he downloaded McAffee which we decided to purchase to replace Webroot.   He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions.  We highly recommend this company.

The screen on my Sony VAIO laptop would periodically turn black.  I was having trouble opening up software applications.  My system was running extremely slow.  My cd/dvd drive would not play.  I took my laptop in for repair.  Onsyte wiped my system, which allowed applications to pull up much quicker and my cd/dvd drive was repaired.  A day or two after bringing the machine home, my screen did turn black again.  I spoke with Atu, who asked me to bring it back in.  I'm not sure what was done, but the screen is no longer turning black, which makes me very happy.  I am very happy with the service I received from Onsyte.  I appreciate the personal one-on-one support received from Mark and the "customer satisfaction" desire that Atu has for his customers.  I would definitely recommend this company for any and all computer issues.

ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS - MADE SUGGESTIONS - NO CHARGE!

There was no waiting;  Steve arrived exactly when  expected.  In the process of getting us back on-line, Steve provided valuable advice on how to achieve and maintain reliable service  from our computer.  We now do updates offered from certain sources that we had previously ignored, and we take simple  steps on a regular basis to clear out unnecessary data that had been slowing the computer's response time.  I will continue to call Onsyte for any future computer issues.  They gave very useful  advice for computer use that went well beyond the problem that prompted  our service call.  (Some three month's after the above service call, we were unable to get any picture on our monitor.  I took the monitor to Onsyte's shop for advice, hoping the problem did not involve the computer.  Steve checked it out, at no charge, and concluded that the  monitor needed to be replaced, even referring me to some sources where I could get a good price.  We followed his advice, got an excellent price, and our system was up and running immediately.)

It took quite a while and they let me know when it was completed so I did not have to wait.  Recommend the services of this company.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to discuss my problem, (did not know what the problem was at the time).
They gave me a best and worst case cost for the repair and was able to quickly inform me if they felt the data could be retrieved and they informed me they were 99% sure it could.
The pc was ready on the scheduled date they told me it would be completed.
When I arrived home I did experience a problem, I could not connect to the internet.  After several attempts myself to connect I called the company and they able to quickly resolve the problem.
The cost might have been a little more then I had expected to have to pay but the professionalism, knowledge and the ability to retrieve my data was worth the cost.  I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I brought my laptop in because the login page wouldn't come up. The gentlemen told me it was most likely the hard drive, but possibly the motherboard. It ultimately turned out to be the hard drive. The gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend them and I'd go back to them again.

These people are top-notch. 24-hour turnaround, professional, prompt, and very reasonable. They ended up charging less than Office Depot or Geek Squad for the same service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

At the shop the technician started up the computer, found something simple, check it out and didn't charge. I would definitely use them again.

I requested an appointment via their website and someone called me back that same day.  She was very professional and answered all of my questions with patience.  I brought in both laptops and explained what I wanted them to do.  The next morning, I received a call that the work was complete!  They are very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions to help me with future needs.  They also offer on site service as well as remote service which is why I will definitely use them again.  The price was very affordable.  I felt comfortable asking questions and they answered them in terms I could understand.

We had some major program problems with our computer that a remote company had installed.  We called Onsyte on Wed. and Steve was able to come out the next day to reconfigure our computer to how we wanted it. He worked on it for a hour and a half during which time he removed many non essential programs and downloaded what we needed. He was extremely pleasant and was able to fix our computer to the way we wanted it. He told us if we had any other issues, to contact the office.

My monitor stopped working on my PC .A friend suggested taking it in to Best Buy to let them run diagnostics but I knew I'd get better service using Angie's List.I chose Onsyte because they make house calls.I spoke with them at 8a and Steve was here about 3 hrs later.He swapped monitors for me  and did a general cleanup.He showed me how to do it the cleanup myself on a weekly basis.I have no technical skills and told him to explain stuff like I was a 5yr old and then dumb it down.He made things very easy to understand. 

Took computer in...they called with an estimate of cost and time...they called on date promised...the cost was a little less than estimated.

Steve Carles was tech who came to the house to do the work. He was very professional and courteous. Steve explained everything he did in terms understanable to this pc novice.He also demononstrated software on our pc's that will help keeping them running effciently. This is the second time I have used Onsyte and will use them again when needed.

They were very helpful and responsive.  They showed up on time and were quick to determine the problem.  When the laptop did not come in as soon as expected, they were able to get my hard drive on a portable device so that I could access it on my husband's computer in the meantime.  When the laptop arrive, they delivered it and helped with all of the setup and they transferred all of my data to the new computer and it works great!  They also have helped with some follow up questions, which is really helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or a new computer.

Had been aware of Onsyte in my local area, but had never used them before. Stopped by with my laptop & they seemed very knowledgeable and explained what probably caused the problem. They checked it out & called me a couple of hours later with their suggestion to have the operating system reinstalled. I had them do this & they made an image copy first & reinstalled it so I didn't lose any data. I am pleased with their service & would use them again.

They reinstalled all my programs and printers.  This past week, one of my computers acquired a Trojan worm and again they retrieved all my data and reformatted my hard drive.  They are very knowledgeable and responsive.  I highly recommend them.
