Highest praise to Travis and the team at Northmen Roofing for the work completed on my renovation in less than ideal conditions. My old downtown orlando 1950s fixer upper required demo, old chimney removed, an entirely new flat roof system installed with torch down and tied into existing roof, new shingles and custom chimney cap since none were made in my exact size. A lot of hidden challenges arose being an old home and Travis had an answer for every one. The team even worked around and with other contractors scheduled to come in, limited room, a poorly placed dumpster (that was my fault) and not to mention the horrendous summer weather and rain! I was honestly terrified of the idea of half my house being exposed in the summer months but the house was always left in a condition that was safe from the storms and I suffered no damage throughout the process. The team came in early, stayed late, and did whatever they needed to do to get the job done the right way. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, the renovation is complete and the family is enjoying the "new" home!
