I called NewSouth in Altamonte the first time about 3 weeks ago and asked for an appointment (we are replacing all of our home's 12 windows plus 2 sliding glass doors). The lady who answered the phone set the appointment for the following day, only to call me back about 15 minutes later and tell me that that appointment time was already taken and that they could not make it, I was offered a different appointment time for the following week but I told them no thanks, as I was unsure of my schedule then and would have to call back. The second time I called for an appointment I was put on hold twice, told that they could not find my information in their Excel program, and that they could not set the appointment for myself only (without my husband being present). After I explained that I was in charge of the window replacement in our household with my husband?s full knowledge and blessing, and that I would be making the purchasing decisions and writing the check, the lady told me that she could only take my information and speak with the manager per company policy. WHAT?
