 + -1 moreI have been working with Navy Federal for months to work out loan information but it has taken this long because I didn't know how much money I needed due to contact issues. They were very patient with me even though I took a while to submit my application. I did submit my application online on 10/15 (Sunday) and someone called me that day to tell me I had been approved. On Friday of the same week, I signed the papers at my house at a time I selected and they took care of everything. They are an outstanding credit union and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Description of Work: Took out a home equity loan and paid off an old one.
