HE WAS EXCELLENT. FIRST OF ALL, HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE WAS ALMOST CORPORATE ACTING IN THE WAY HE HANDLED HIMSELF. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE WAS HERE. HE JUST KEPT MOVING RIGHT ALONG AND DOING IT. HE CAME BACK A SECOND TIME TO TRY TO FIX THE TOILET AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME BECAUSE A PART HAD TO BE SPECIALLY ORDERED.
