They're excellent. They bring their own equipment and their own cleaning materials. They call before they come and they come on time. They come regularly, every other Tuesday.

I am stuck with them forever. I am not afraid to let them come into the house and let them do their stuff. I never check afterwards, they do such a good job. Sometimes when they first come in, I have some special areas that I want them to do and take care of areas, no complaints no arguments, they just do it. Any special types of things like I want them to clean my refrigerator, we schedule something like that because it's pretty much a major job. Overall they don't quibble about the issue, they just get it done and do it very quickly, but they don't do a sloppy job, they do a very professional job of cleaning.

Basically I had more problems in the past and I had to get them manger involved a few times to check their work because I wasn't real pleased. I have now the cleaning people I like and they do a pretty good job, their not perfect, I am very picky about cleaning. But they know me know and accustomed to my ways. I think their price is a little high, but their done quick, in about two hours. Sometimes the quality is good sometimes it's not as good. Their good at being responsive. Their very punctual. They have good communication and responsiveness.

There were minor stuff that we did run into, nothing that was major. If a family member or a neighbor was considering working with them, I would want them to know what their expectations are before they go into it, not assume that they're going to clean everything and to talk to them first to really know what they cover.

I'll continue to use them in the future.

They're wonderful. I spent $105.They're really very good, they're professional and they're always on time. I like them. My interaction with them was great and I would recommend them.

They are a great cleaning company. They do a great job and I really like them. I am going to stick with them!

I urge anyone using Molly Maid: Do NOT let Danielle and Patti into your home. You will be missing
several items near and dear to your heart and your closets and drawers will have been searched. 
Very,very little cleaning was done.

I have used Moly Maids for the past 2 years.  There work is always consistent and well done.  The staff is very professional and do an excellent job.

They showed up on time, worked on the areas that I asked. House was spotless!

There is no communication between owners, office staff and the cleaning ladies. I was frustrated with some things that were done here so I called the office to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable and was told to talk to them when they come back because everything I was asking for is stuff they should already been doing. We explained to them what we wanted and they told us the office said they can't do that because they were hourly and they're not allowed to stay that long. They called the office to see if they could do and they were told to pack up and leave so I called the office and was told I need to find another company because they don't provide what we do. I was the one who had to do all the deep cleaning. I had no issues with the ladies that were cleaning my house, they were great.

Molly Maids team arrived on time.  They were there more than 3 hours.  When I returned from work and inspected the condo, I was shocked at the dirt still evident.  The floors still had black marks on them which I was able to get up, the shower stall glass was not cleaned and the front porch which I had specifically asked to be swept and all cobwebs removed was not touched.  It appeared that only surface areas had been cleaned and I had made it clear that this was to be a deep clean and I was prepared to pay accordingly.
I do not recommend.

I was not completely pleased with the way they handled the business side of things.  I went to the establishment before they were open so I can drop off my keys.  It states they open at 7 they did not show up until 710.  The lady that showed up acted like she did not even know there was an appointment scheduled. She just took my keys and did not even ask me the address I had to tell her what address the keys belonged to.  They were also late to clean my house and did not call with an appropriate update.  I had to speak to the supervisor in order to get the house cleaned in an appropriate time and give me a discount.  I still pain over 100 for this.  The supervisor had to drop off the keys because by the time house was cleaned the main office was closed.  I do not plan to use them again.  There was no water/electricity since the tenant moved out, which I understand made it difficult. However this does not excuse the events that proceeded and came after the cleaning.

I have started using Molly Maids on a weekly basis. They are thorough, and professional. Other service providers I have used were slow and lingered and not quite as clean. This group is both efficient and thorough.

I was not satisfied at all with their service! I had used Molly Maid in the past and decided to give them another try, what a mistake! The initial clean was ok, but the girls called me to say they were unable to finish in the allotted time, so I told them to pick up where they left off the following week. I was still charged the regular amount and extra, even though they didn't finish. I was quoted $185 for the initial and was told by the person who set up my appointment that would be the max I would have to pay, wrong! The next week they came, they sped through my house, didn't really do much to the room they forgot the previous week and I was charged more than I was originally quoted as my weekly price. I wouldn't have minded paying extra, had I been told by someone/anyone why there was an extra charge.

They did what I asked.  They did it quickly and they did it well. I wanted to call them on an "as needed" basis and they were very flexible with that.  I didn't feel like I had to sign a contract with them.

I was told that they did good work.  They gave me a fair price.  They did an alright job, but not excellent.

They are definitely an A.

They charge $120, but we give them a tip.  They showed on time and did a really good job.  I do not have to be on top of their head to do the job as they do it themselves and it’s the same 2 ladies who do the service.  They do not have to improve on anything and I will continue to use them in future.

Team may differ from appointment to appointment. Good job, very happy with service.
