Marty is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with (and one of us was in the mortgage business)! He is professional, straight-forward, friendly, always on time and answers his phone. Always responds to emails and voice mails quickly. He was my fiances agent when he bought the house and this time to sell it. When my fiance was buying his first home he took a year to find what he was looking for and Marty was always patient and willing to show houses at any time of the day and on weekends. This time he sold the house for us, and fast! We were moving out of state and did clean prior to the movers coming but once everything was out of the house we saw there was much more cleaning to be done. Since we needed to get on the road and didn't have time to finish we called Molly Maids and they came the next day to clean from top to bottom. Marty and his team let them in and then came back to make sure everything looked good. While he was there he noticed that the trash men left a lot of trash in the yard and he picked it all up for us and put the trash cans back in the garage. Talk about going above and beyond! We signed the paperwork a few days before closing but he still went to the title company when the buyers signed and their realtor didn't even show up. He was gracious enough to answer all of their questions even though they weren't his clients. We would recommend him to absolutely anyone! He always has the best interest of his clients in mind. It's not just about the money with Marty, he truly loves helping people achieve the dream of home ownership and it shows in his work ethic.

Marty is wonderful! We started out trying to buy a short-sale that took months. We finally decided to move on to a different property and he was fine with that too. We had a bunch of questions along the way and he helped us with everything. I honestly can't say enough nice things about him and his team either. The whole group is professional and a pleasure to work with. The cost was handled by the seller so that is why we had no cost... In the end he is a top tier realtor... He has a lot of knowledge to share along the way which I know made a difference too! We would definitely use him again if we were the buyer or seller!
