I WAS REALLY PLEASED OTHER THAN THE USUAL HICCUPS THAT GO WITH MOVING INTO A BRAND NEW HOME. THEY HAD TO DO A COUPLE OF STUCCO REPAIRS AND TWEAK A DOOR HERE AND THERE. THAT'S REALLY ABOUT IT. I'VE HAD TO REPLACE A FUSE OR TWO OUT IN THE PANEL. SIEMENS HAD TO REPLACE TWO CIRCUIT BREAKERS. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
