I wasn't too thrilled about it. More or less he is telling me what I need to spend. The problem is I asked the guy how long he'd been doing that and he said 20 years and said to myself you need another 20 years. It didn't look that great professionally. You have to come to the house with the right tools and he came here in a car that barely got here.

Just moved into a new house (to me)and the sprinklers were not working. Looked to me like the electronic box worked fine, just no water. Made an appointment for a checkup. Tech was courtious and prompt. He told me the sprinkler electronics were nearly new, but my pump was missing! I did not realize that I had a dedicated well for the sprinklers...good news on my 1.5 acre lot! In just 2 business days, the tech returned and installed the pump and plumbing as well as tested the system. Worked great! I now just need to replace a bunch of heads, which I do not mind doing. Very impressed with everything so far. In fact, I am now getting a quote to have them remove a couple ruts in my yard that the Sears delivery man left! Btw, I did not find Sears on Angies list! The tech, Antwon was very knowledgable and courtious. Will definitely use them again!

The technician went into my yard and immediately found a leak... tiny bubbles coming up in the soil. I'd have never spotted that!
Unfortunately, I still have a very high water bill and my leak may be beyond their ability to find it. I am looking for a leak specialist now.
The technician was very professional and very helpful! He explained where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. There was another leak that he didn't fix. He came back and gave me a break on my bill for not fixing the other leak. Very fair.
