Outstanding! I was concerned as it was a small job but Greg had someone out the very next day and the job was done quickly and perfectly. The technician even took care of a couple of other minor items on the door which I hadn't noticed. Would definitely recommend them!

I was very pleased with the service I received. When I called to inquire about and schedule service, the office personnel were efficient, knowledgable, and pleasant. The locksmith who did the work was punctual and courteous, and I was impressed with his skill level and expertise. I also appreciated his taking time to answer all of my questions. I would most definitely use this service provider again.

I though I could install a brand new lock that purchased online and it didn't go as planned of course on Sunday! They were there when I needed them.It was an excellent outcome under the circumstances, Mark saved me from a real tight spot, his professionalism and politeness definitely helped.

Fantastic! The locksmith came by and tightened the screws of the hinge to the door jamb. Then removed the door handle and reassembled the unit. He added a plate to the catch so the door would lock properly. This was months ago and it still works perfectly. Would use this company again and again.

Initial contact was with Scott and I explained my problem. He asked that I send him photos so that he could possibly help me over the phone. I sent photos and Scott indicated that I would need a service call. I purchased a big deal through Angie's List and Tony arrived on time the next morning. Tony was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and went right to work. It took him only about ten minutes to remove the broken lock, something I had attempted to do for two days. He then installed a new lockset that I had already purchased. The new lockset worked perfectly. I  would definitely recommend this company and would use them again should the need arise.

The gentleman was on-time, professional, understood my issue and started rekeying. He ensured that all keys work properly and then in his presence I tested all the keys. Excellent customer service and price. I would definitely use their services again
